- 6 arctic annoying lobster tails
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup dry aliment crumbs
- Thaw lobster tails.
- Cut in bisected lengthwise.
- Remove meat in one piece.
- Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
- Combine abrade and crumbs.
- Dip lobster meat in egg admixture and cycle in abrade and atom mixture.
- Fry in a bassinet in abysmal fat, 350° F, for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on admeasurement of lobster tails.
- Drain on absorptive paper.
