- 1/2 batter adapted lobster meat
- Cocktail sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or bloom dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons auto juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all capacity and chill.
- Cut lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces; chill.
- Arrange bill in 6 cocktail glasses.
- Place lobster meat on top; awning with cocktail sauce.
